1. Do you really have hooded and cave beds that fit large dogs? Absolutely! While hooded and cave beds are traditionally made for smaller pets, we specifically engineer our washable hooded pet beds to accommodate large breeds. 2. How do I choose the right bed size for my dog? We recommend measuring your dog from the tip of their nose to the base of their tail while they are in their natural sleeping position. Add 4 to 6 inches to that measurement to ensure they have plenty of room to stretch. If your dog falls between sizes or loves extra room to sprawl, we always suggest sizing up.

3. What makes your "soothing" pet furniture different from standard dog beds? Our soothing dog furniture is designed with both orthopedic support and anxiety relief in mind. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and drying on low heat or air-drying to maintain fluffiness.

However, please note that while our beds are highly resilient, they are not completely chew-proof against aggressive chewers.

9. What is your return policy if my dog doesn't like the bed? We want you and your pet to be entirely satisfied. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on beds that have already been used by a pet.

10. Do your products come with a warranty? We stand firmly behind the craftsmanship of our supplies. YHG INTERNATIONAL INC. offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
